Each mission contains one lesson, one buyer drill, and one reflection. Adam and Eve play the buyer and can coach you mid-call. No real customer is ever contacted during practice.
Mission 1
Rebuild the decision
LessonConfirm the problem, impact, desired change, decision people, and decision timing. Do not rely on a weak handoff.
Buyer drillAdam joins a demonstration with notes that conflict with his present answer.
ReflectionWhich fact did you verify instead of assume?
Mission 2
Show the fit
LessonMap the offer to the buyer's stated work. Leave out features that do not help the decision.
Buyer drillEve asks for a long feature tour while her main problem remains unresolved.
ReflectionWhich part of the offer directly served the stated need?
Mission 3
Work through risk
LessonFind whether the barrier is trust, timing, authority, money, or fit. Answer with evidence and do not create urgency that is not real.
Buyer drillAdam says the change feels too large even though the need is clear.
ReflectionWhat was the real barrier beneath the first objection?
Mission 4
Ask and record
LessonAsk one direct decision question. Give the buyer room to answer. Record the decision, conditions, promises, and next action without changing the meaning.
Buyer drillEve gives a conditional yes with two open questions.
ReflectionDid your record preserve every condition?
