Operating path

First call

Ask what the desk still drops. Book the owner onto a line in their company name. You work beside Eden. You are not the office, and Adam is not waiting for a closer.

Missions

Each mission contains one lesson, one buyer drill, and one reflection. Adam and Eve play the buyer and can coach you mid-call. No real customer is ever contacted during practice.

Mission 1

Open with relevance

LessonPrepare the business facts and connect the call to one likely leak at the desk. Keep the opening short enough for the owner to answer.

Buyer drillAdam answers while moving between tasks and gives you twenty seconds.

ReflectionWhich words earned the next question?

Mission 2

Find the problem

LessonMove from how the desk runs now to what it drops. Confirm missed calls, unsigned quotes, or jobs with no next step in the owner's words before you explain anything.

Buyer drillEve first says that everything is fine, then reveals a missed follow-up.

ReflectionWhich question found the useful detail?

Mission 3

Handle the first objection

LessonAcknowledge the concern, ask what sits behind it, and answer only with approved facts. Eden is the office, not another screen for a person to operate.

Buyer drillAdam says the team already has software for that work.

ReflectionDid you understand the objection before you answered it?

Mission 4

Book the line, not a closer

LessonThe next action is the owner calling a number in their own company name. Confirm who calls it, when, and that Adam is the office on that line — not a closer waiting for a handoff.

Buyer drillEve agrees quickly but will not name who owns the decision.

ReflectionWould the owner still know tomorrow morning why they are calling their company?

Scored role check

Show the work under pressure.

Run a complete first call. The next action is the owner calling a number in their own company name, not a meeting with a closer.

Evidence scale

  • 0 — Not shown. The behaviour is absent or unsafe.
  • 1 — Prompted. The behaviour appears only after direct coaching.
  • 2 — Inconsistent. The behaviour appears, then fails when the buyer changes.
  • 3 — Independent. The behaviour holds without coaching.
  • 4 — Deliberate. The behaviour holds, and the learner can explain the evidence.

Scored criteria

  1. Preparation is accurate
  2. Questions find the real problem
  3. Permission guides the call
  4. Objection is understood
  5. Booking and record are complete

The result is a 0–20 evidence profile. It shows which mission to repeat. The Academy has not published a pass mark.
