The partner lane

Book the demonstration. Be paid when the office goes live.

This is for people Stay Elite already trained to sell Eden to company owners. You call the owner. You book a live Eden demonstration. You are paid from client revenue when that company signs and the office goes live. You are never paid for recruiting other sellers. Stay Elite covers this seat, and tuition is included. There is no buy-in, fee, or deposit. You receive written terms before you start. The role is offered when a position exists.

An empty contractor office at night with the desk still running

You sell an office to the person who currently is one. Client revenue only, and nothing to buy.

What pays

Client revenue only.

One event pays a partner: a company hires Eden and its office goes live. Nothing else does. No pay for an introduction. No pay for anyone you bring into the role. If no client goes live, nobody earns — and that includes us.

There is nothing to buy. No buy-in, no fee, no deposit, no kit, no territory, no membership that holds the role open. Not at the start, and not later.

What the work actually is

You are selling an office, to the person who currently is one.

The buyer is a service company or a medical practice where the phone is answered by whoever happens to be nearest to it — the owner between jobs, one coordinator carrying everything, or an answering service that takes a message and hands the work straight back.

You are not asking them to imagine anything. Eden's price is published, the product answers a phone, and the demonstration runs on a line in their own company's name. Your job is to get a real owner to make that call and listen to it.

Say the replacement plainly. ServiceTitan, AccuLynx, Jobber and GoHighLevel manage the work; they do not do it. Eden replaces them because it is your records plus the office.

It is desk work on both sides: yours is the phone and the screen, and so is the thing you are selling. Eden replaces the desk, not the hands — nobody's crew is part of this conversation, and a partner who leads with that gets a better hearing than one who does not.

  1. You call the owner

A real conversation about how their office runs today, on the six-step call the Academy trains. Not a script read at somebody.

  2. You book the demonstration

That is the outcome you are paid to produce. A live line goes up in their name, and they call it themselves and try to catch it out.

  3. The product argues for itself

Have the owner and their coordinator call that line at the same moment and hear both calls answered. That single test does more than an hour of persuasion, and it is why the demonstration is the job.

  4. Adam and Eve run the onboarding

The interview that turns a signature into a working office is conducted by the agents themselves. The customer can complete as much as they want before payment and upload their own data for a partial test import. Payment opens the office. Adam runs the rest — hours, rate book, after-hours, who to wake. No implementer walks their office.

  5. The office goes live, and you are paid

When that company's phone is being answered by Eden, the commission is recorded against that client. Not before.

How a deal moves

Five stages, and only the last one earns.

Every deal you open sits at exactly one of these, and you can see which. There is no hidden stage, no discretionary step where somebody decides whether your work counted, and no way for a deal to quietly stop existing.

CONTACTED · DEMONSTRATION BOOKED · DEMONSTRATION HELD · SIGNED · LIVE

Stage one

Contacted

You have spoken to the owner and opened the deal. The company is yours on the board from this moment.

Stage two

Demonstration booked

A time is agreed. Adam puts a number in that company's own name.

Stage three

Demonstration held

The owner has called their company and heard it answered. This is where most of the deciding happens.

Stage four

Signed

Written terms are agreed. The office is not running yet, so this stage does not pay either.

Stage five

Live

Eden is answering that company's phone. This is the only stage that earns — not the introduction, not the demonstration, not the signature.

The reason the line is drawn at live rather than at signature is simple enough to say out loud: live is the point at which the client is receiving the thing they are paying for. Paying a commission before then would mean paying it out of an expectation, and expectations are exactly what this lane is built to avoid.

What you are paid

One offer, in writing, before your first call

One offer is active at a time. It carries a name, a commission for each client that reaches live, and its terms in full. You have all three in writing before you make a single call, and an offer never changes underneath a deal already sitting in your pipeline.

  • A commission for each client that reaches live
  • Recorded against that named client, never into a pool
  • Held as pending until it is paid, and both states are visible to you
  • The same offer, on the same terms, for every partner working it
  • A written copy that is yours to keep

Said plainly

A signature is not live.

A company signs, its office is built, its history is brought across, and its agents start answering. Your commission waits for that last step. Some deals cross it within days of signing and some take longer, depending on how much history a company is bringing with it.

A partner who knows exactly what pays can decide where to spend a Tuesday. One who has been left to assume cannot.

We make no earnings claim, and you will not find one anywhere on this site. We will not tell you what you might make in a month, because we do not know it — and a figure we invented would be worth precisely what you paid for it.

Where the line sits

The things this lane will never be.

A commission role that pays for bringing in people rather than customers is a different thing wearing similar clothes, and anyone worth hiring already knows to check. So here is the check, answered before it is asked.

You are never paid for a person

Not a finder's fee for a recruit, not a share of what someone else sells, not an override, not a level, not a team. If you introduce a good seller to us, we will thank you honestly and that is where it ends. Your income is the clients whose offices you helped bring live, and only those.

There is nothing to buy

No buy-in, no starter fee, no deposit, no kit, no lead purchase, no paid territory, and no subscription that keeps the role open. Money moves in one direction in this lane, and it is towards the partner.

The commission comes out of client revenue

It is funded by companies paying for an office that is running for them, which is why it cannot be paid before that office runs. There is no other pot it could come from, and we are not going to invent one.

Academy membership does not buy this role

The membership fee buys education and nothing else — no credits, no certification, no hiring preference, and no path here that money can shorten. A partner role is earned through demonstrated work and offered when a suitable position exists. Read what membership covers.

We do not promise you the work

Training may unlock an audition or a paid opportunity. It does not guarantee a role, an income, or a renewal. Positions open when there is real work to do.

An olive tree in low sun against a dark stone wall

Where the lane starts

This is the far end of the Academy path.

Stay Elite Academy runs three lanes, kept deliberately apart. Member pays a printed monthly fee and receives education, and only education. Sponsored candidate costs nothing, is entered by application, and asks for a work commitment made in good faith rather than a debt — if you certify and then decide the work is not for you, you can walk, and no invoice follows you.

Partner is the third lane, and it is earned. You train, you demonstrate the skill on simulated calls against Adam and Eve, a human reviews the audition, and a position is offered under written terms when one exists. No amount of membership fees moves anybody a step along that path, which is exactly why the fee and the role are kept in separate lanes.

What you learn there is what you use here. The six-step call — prepare, understand, permission, listen, book, record — is the same call whether you are booking a demonstration for a roofing company or for a dental practice.

The partner console

Your pipeline is not a conversation you have to chase.

Partners sign in to the same portal that clients and students use, and land on a console of their own. It exists so that the answer to "where is that deal, and what am I owed" never depends on somebody getting back to you.

  • Every deal you have opened, at its stage, with the date it last moved
  • The commission recorded against each client that reached live
  • Whether each one is still pending or has been paid
  • The active offer and its terms, as you agreed them
  • Nothing about anybody else's pipeline, which is not ours to show you

The console is a private area. Access is granted with the role, at the point a partner position is agreed in writing.
