Consultant track

Eden Consultant

Guide the customer through Eden. Adam and Eve still run the office. You do not sit behind them to check their work.

Missions

Each mission contains one lesson, one buyer drill, and one reflection. Adam and Eve play the buyer and can coach you mid-call. No real customer is ever contacted during practice.

Mission 1

Read the structure

LessonLearn how references, rules, published standards, and decision records shape agent work. Explain the purpose of each layer in plain language.

Buyer drillAdam plays a customer who asks how Eden makes a decision when information conflicts.

ReflectionWhich structure did you point to as evidence?

Mission 2

Trace a customer outcome

LessonFollow one request from intake through decision, action, record, and next step. Find the reference and rule that shape each transition.

Buyer drillEve gives you an outcome that is correct but asks you to explain how the structure produced it.

ReflectionWhere would you look first if the outcome were wrong?

Mission 3

Guide without taking over

LessonHelp the customer understand the system and make an informed choice. Adam and Eve run the onboarding interview. The consultant does not become a manual approval layer behind the agents.

Buyer drillAdam asks you to approve every routine action before Eden can continue.

ReflectionHow did you keep the customer supported without taking over the office?

Mission 4

Resolve a reference gap

LessonIdentify the missing or conflicting source. State what remains safe to do. Route the gap to the correct owner and record the decision when it is made.

Buyer drillEve presents two customer rules that cannot both be followed.

ReflectionWhat stopped, what continued, and who owns the decision?

Mission 5

Teach the customer

LessonExplain one part of Eden through the customer's work, not through internal technology. Check understanding with an example and leave a usable reference.

Buyer drillAdam plays a new customer who uses familiar software terms that do not match Eden's office model.

ReflectionWhich example made the model clear without exposing internal tooling?

Scored role check

Show the work under pressure.

Guide a customer through a system question, trace the relevant structure, resolve a gap safely, and leave a clear reference.

Evidence scale

  • 0 — Not shown. The behaviour is absent or unsafe.
  • 1 — Prompted. The behaviour appears only after direct coaching.
  • 2 — Inconsistent. The behaviour appears, then fails when the buyer changes.
  • 3 — Independent. The behaviour holds without coaching.
  • 4 — Deliberate. The behaviour holds, and the learner can explain the evidence.

Scored criteria

  1. System structure is explained accurately
  2. Customer outcome is traced
  3. AI-first boundary remains clear
  4. Reference gaps are routed safely
  5. Guidance protects confidential tooling

The result is a 0–20 evidence profile. It shows which mission to repeat. The Academy has not published a pass mark.
