Who this notice covers
Stay Elite Inc is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. The notice covers visitors, prospects, customers, customer users, Academy participants, partners, and people who communicate with an office operated through Eden.
A customer may also control personal data that Eden handles for that customer's business. In that case, the customer decides why the data is used, and Stay Elite handles it under the customer's instructions and our agreement with that customer.
What we collect
We collect only the data needed to run, secure, and improve the services you use. This can include:
- Contact and account data: your name, business name, email address, phone number, role, login details, and support messages.
- Business instructions: the prices, schedules, service areas, operating rules, escalation contacts, and other answers used to configure your office.
- Customer business records: customer and job details, service addresses, estimates, invoices, payment records, schedules, documents, photographs, and other records supplied or selected by the customer.
- Communications: calls, texts, emails, requests from other AI agents, and the actions and decisions written to the office record.
- Academy and partner data: applications, learning activity, progress, role information, and partner pipeline or earnings records where those services apply.
- Security and use data: IP address, browser and device information, session activity, login attempts, and records needed to detect misuse and keep accounts secure.
AI agents and call recording
Adam and Eve identify themselves as AI agents. Calls may be recorded or transcribed where recording applies. A recording or transcript can contain anything a caller chooses to say. We and the customer provide recording notices and obtain permissions as required by the law and the agreement for that office.
How migration works
At a customer's instruction, Stay Elite extracts the customer's records from a current system or receives files the customer uploads. We then move those records onto our system so Eden can work from the customer's real business history. A customer can also provide a partial file for a test migration.
The customer chooses the sources and confirms that it has the right to give us the records and access. We use access to the old source for the migration work. We do not use ongoing access to the old system as the permanent way to run Eden.
How we use data
We use personal data to:
- provide Eden, the customer portal, Academy, partner, onboarding, migration, and support services;
- answer, route, quote, book, record, and follow up on authorized business communications;
- create and manage accounts and keep each customer's data separate;
- apply the customer's instructions, prices, limits, and escalation rules;
- secure the service, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and keep an audit record;
- communicate about the service and respond to requests; and
- meet legal duties and enforce our agreements.
We do not use one customer's business data to operate another customer's office.
How we protect and keep data
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards suited to the kind of data and the risk. These safeguards include access controls, tenant separation, secure sessions, restricted upload storage, and records of sensitive account actions. No connected service can promise absolute security.
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal duties, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The time differs by the kind of record and the reason we hold it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have a right to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain uses of your personal data. You may also have a right to appeal our answer or complain to a privacy regulator.
Use the contact page to make a privacy request. Tell us who you are and which service or customer office the request concerns. We may need to verify your identity. If a customer controls the data, we may send the request to that customer or ask you to contact it directly.
Session technology
The portal uses essential session technology to keep you signed in and protect your account. Blocking it can stop the portal from working.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice when the service or the law changes. We will publish the current notice here and give any additional notice that the law requires.
