One trade at a time
Pick the office you run.
A roofing company and a dental practice share almost no language, and they lose money in the same place: the desk. Each page below is that office — what it actually does, where the work dies quietly, and what Eden does instead. If yours is not here yet, ask for a demonstration.
The same claim on every page, in every industry: Eden equals and exceeds a human office worker at digital work — anything a person does with a keyboard, a mouse, a screen or a phone — and does nothing that touches the physical job.
The desk, not the crew
Eden replaces the desk, not the hands.
Eden answers the calls, the texts and the email. It quotes from the rate book, books, reschedules, dispatches, writes to the CRM, chases the estimate and the recall, handles the paperwork, asks for the review, and files the morning brief. It does that job. It does not assist someone else in doing it.
Outside it, nothing. Eden does not climb a roof, hold a wrench, examine a patient or carry a part to a van. That is why it is not a threat to the practice or the business you built. It is a threat to the phone ringing out.
The part you can check yourself
A person holds one conversation at a time. Eden holds as many as arrive.
It is the one claim on this site you can settle without us. Ask for the demonstration number, ring it from two phones at once, and stay on both. Then ring it from a third while the other two are still talking. A minute, and the argument is over.

Residential heating, cooling and air quality

The authorisation queue worked without a clinical day disappearing into it, the referral held open until an appointment actually exists, and the requests that stack up behind a busy desk logged, timed and put in front of the clinician who has to decide them.

The evening call that connects instead of ringing out, the practice's own escalation rule applied word for word rather than a judgement made at the desk, and the reminders and recommendations followed up before they decay.

If your trade is not here yet
A page goes up when we have sat at that desk, and not before.
An owner can tell within two sentences whether anyone writing has ever sat at their desk. A page that gets the vocabulary slightly wrong does more damage than no page at all. So we wait until we have done the reading.
- Every figure on these pages resolves to a source you can open, or it is written as a judgement instead of dressed up as data.
- The legal limits are quoted from the regulator, with the link visible, including the ones that constrain what we may say.
- The practice pages state the clinical boundary before they state anything else. Eden does no clinical work, takes no clinical decision, gives no clinical advice, and never stands between a patient and a clinician — and where handling patient information carries obligations, the page names them and links the rule.
- If you run something that is not here, the fastest route is a demonstration. Eden is configured on your work either way.
